Total newbie! Advice needed 😰 💕💕💕
Hi all 😊
I am a mum of 2 boys and ready to try for a girl (will be our last baby).
I am a big savory girl so the diet will ve a struggle! I am also Gluten Free. Has anyone got a list of thisnd to do and not do on the girl sway?
I purchased Blackmores total calcium magnesium + D3. Is this what I should be taking? What dosage?
Does Dh need to to anything special?
How long do I need to be on the diet before TTC?
Would so appreciate any advice! 💕💕💕

Hi and welcome, always nice to see new Aussies.
Not a pink swayer myself so sure you'll get some more specific advice from them shortly but I can probably get you started.
- LE diet for 12 weeks
- one attempt at +opk or BD every 4 days
- coffee and alcohol if you like them
- 60min cardio 4-6 times a week
- folate or folic acid
- fibre
And in most cases no other supps needed (obviously unless you are deficient or for medical reasons).
When are you wanting to ttc?DD1 (2014)
DD2 (2016)
Our sway is getting into NOW or NEVER territory

-I was hoping to ttc in 2 weeks! 😫 Do you think 12 weeks is necessary? Not sure I could do the die t for that long it seems so horrible.
-sorry but what is +opk & BD??
-is coffee ok? And tea?
- Do you know why that much cardio? I struggle to get any in with my boys.
-so lots of fibre is good?
Thanks so much for your reply 😀

Hi and Welcome!
You can TTC sooner but 12+ weeks on the diet has gotten the best results. I’m not sure what you’re thinking the LE diet is, but there are no magic foods. Vegetarian has gotten great results, but you can still have chicken and poultry. The main thing is staying within 1500-1800 calories a day, 35-50g fat and 40-50g protein, no snacking, and no red meat.
+opk is positive ovulation prediction test that you pee on to catch your hormone surge that happens before you release the egg to maximize the best chance for conception.
BD- baby dance or having sex.
Coffee is best for pink and tea sways heavily blue and is best avoided.
45-60min of cardio is best because it causes the most fat and muscle breakdown, which is best for pink. 4-7 days a week is best for that same reason. You don’t have to do the exercise- plenty of people have not done it and gotten girls this way. The exercise does consistently get great results, but if you can’t do it, don’t do it.
Fiber is ok if you want to use it. Don’t go crazy with it- follow the direction on the package and only take it before very fatty or nutritious meals.
🤞🏻for you and know we are all here for you!!

Thank you!
No wonder I have 2 boys... I was drinking like 5 cups a tea a day!
Thanks for your clarification, is the LE dirt the low everything diet?
Is some exercise better than none? Or os it all or nothing?
Should I bre testing for ovulation? I thought bd was best 3 days prior?

Hi and welcome!
There is a different version of diet here that is much easier to do while gluten free. it's here, 5 from the top, called atomic fertility diet. https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...rt-3-pcos.html
Try to find a cal-mag without Vit. D in it if you can. Vit. D seems to sway strongly blue.
12 weeks or longer on diet
What hubby does depends on a lot of things so it's hard for me to give specific advice without knowing more about him - age, overall health, etc.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

LE - Low Everything Diet but I think you'll do best on that other diet I posted (which is still LE Diet, just slightly different format)
60 minutes a day 6-7 days a week is best but we've been having success even with like 4 days a week. Exercise has gotten great results so I really do recommend it if possible.
Timing doesn't work. If you want to use it, it's fine, but be aware that your O day can change dramatically while swaying.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yes, we have seen dramatically superior results with longer than 2 weeks on diet. i cannot recommend anyone try with only 2-4 weeks on diet.
Can you please explain what you think is so horrible about diet? often people have misunderstood what the diet really involves. It's meant to be fairly easy to stick with when done properly.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Well, in my case, I have two girls and I can't have a boy. I really do not know, but as I remember it right, I always eat sweets and foods high in calcium. I hope that helps.
