New and TTC Pink in January
Hi!
I am a little late to the game on this as I would like to start TTC in early January 2018... I have never had trouble conceiving in the past so I am hoping this time will follow suit. Some background info: I am 35, I have two boys (ages 5 and 2.5) For sanity's sake, I don't think I can go beyond three children so this is my last change to try for a girl. I love my boys but, oh man, they are just on the move NON STOP... ALL....THE....TIME!!
So my question is, given that I only have about 5-6 weeks before TTC, what would be the most important steps to take to sway in such a short amount of time? I have started skipping breakfast, cut out snacking, eliminated red meat and whole eggs (for the most part) and I have been taking 1600 mcg of Folic Acid daily for about 2 weeks. It also might be worth noting that I have lost roughly 30 lbs in the last 18 months and I would be at my lowest weight during conception. That said, my weight has mostly plateaued over the last 5 months or so. I have also tried to start drinking coffee but that has been a struggle as I have never been a coffee drinker.
What else can I do in the next 5 weeks or so to get the most of my sway in January?!
Thanks!!

We get best results with 12+ weeks on diet but if you're in a hurry to start TTC then the best thing you can do is have one attempt at pos OPK. You could also jump and dump after to lower conception odds a bit more. I would also try to include alcohol and the 60 min cardio 4+ days a week if you can. You don't have to, it just may help a bit since you're not doing diet for long.
