First PINK sway
Hi ladies!
I'm a swaying noob and hoping for advice.
I'll hopefully be TTC for the first time at the end of October and have always dreamed of having a baby girl. This is also because my family in general sways blue A LOT; no idea if it's just random or there are some genetic factors at hand.
Anyways: I'll be using a private sperm donor, so I can decide about the time of conception quite freely.
I'm not sure where to start my sway, there are a lot of items in the swaying statistics - LE diet, Aspirin, Cranberries, Supplements? Which methods would you recommend?
Current situation: I'm a vegetarian, drink a lot of caffeine, eat lots of sugar, no alcohol.
Thank you for any tips. I'm glad to be here

Hi and welcome!
The only things that have worked are LE Diet longer than 12 weeks plus fiber, coffee, alcohol, and dropping probiotics and fortified foods; cardio exercise 60 min a day 4-7 days a week, one attempt, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them.
The only supps you should take are the fiber and folic acid. None of the others have worked and all had massive side effects and risks.
Is your donor willing to do much of anything to help? We have a couple of supplements but they aren't super important or effective.

Thank you!
The donor is not a friend of mine, I found him over a website. And he's an amazing guy, really, but I will be concentrating my attempts on my diet & Co
I still feel kind of weird about swaying but my family is full of men (four brothers, six male cousins, no other girls) and I kind of always imagined having a girl to not be the last woman standing constantly and share girly stuff with my kid

Gotcha! So we'll just leave that out of the equation as it hasn't worked well anyway.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
