Last hope for a daughter!?!
Hi, I have 5 boys the youngest is 9 months im bf so havnt had a period yet. But once they return we plan on swaying for a girl.. hubby is adamant that we will have another boy and that nothing can sway...
I looked into it a few years ago but things seemed to have changed since then
Can someone please break it down for me and telll me the areas i should be focusing on??
We are both 37. Super fertile all 5 were conceived with 1 attempt at ovulation. Im vegetarian currently off dairy. I dont drink or smoke i do aqua zumba but only once a week. I take breast feeding multi vitamins, drink decaf tea and coffee
Hubby has a pretty crap diet eats meat dsnt drink or smoke or exercise. He would have happily stopped at 2 kids so ive really pushed my luck so far and this will be our last baby. Any help finally getting my long awaited daughter is much appreciated xx

Hey, we have people who have come and gone on this site who got girls after 8 boys and boys after 8 girls!
We have done a lot of tracking and investigating of various sway tactics and found that the only things that are really working are diet (we suggest LE Diet) longer than 12 weeks plus coffee, fiber, and alcohol, cardio exercise 60 minutes a day 4+ days a week (more is better), one attempt in the fertile window (regardless of the day, timing doesn't sway, but needs to be just one attempt) and Clomid or Femara if you can get them. The rest of it is just window dressing - doesn't help, and really cuts odds of conception by a lot! I would have you ditch the tea and the multivitamin, and if you can't stand to give the vitamin up, reduce to 3x a week instead.
Let me know how I can help!!

Yes at that BMI I do not want you to lose any more weight, just hold steady where you are at.
We suspect decaf has the same effect, we don't know it for a fact so for now I do recommend caff coffee but decaf is still totally ok if you prefer to use that.
Re oat milk, it is probably ok but I suggest almond milk instead. The reason is twofold - oats have a component in them that may sway blue (probably you need to ingest a lot more than in a little oat milk, but still)...and additionally, almond milk used to be drunk by blue swayers, till I noticed they had lots and lots of opposites among the women drinking the most. I now recommend it only for pink swayers. So if you can switch over to almond milk that may be preferable.

Thanks.! I will switch to almond then. I currently have quite a bit of oat milk in porridge and they both help with milk supply. But once we can ttc i can stop that.. Im avoiding caffine atm while bf.
