Hi
I've been lurking on this site for some time and wanted to introduce myself. I have a 5 year old son, 3 year old daughter, and 10 month old son. I just started the low everything diet for TTC a girl. Thanks for all the valuable information.

Thanks for the welcomes. I knew nothing about swaying until I was already pregnant with number 3. With both boys I was on a high protein diet, lots of green vegetables, flax oil and nuts. I ate 5 mini meals a day and only lifted weights. I was at a good weight and was not loosing weight.
With my daughter I was trying to loose my baby weight still and went on a diet called Medifast. It is prepacked meals and my total calorie intake was around 1200 a day. The diet is heavy in soy and vitamin fortified so I have decided not to use it for my girl sway. I was running and not lifting weights and lost about 10lbs right before I got pregnant.
