Just browsing the site for now
Hello! I’ve been reading this site for a few months now, I’m currently pregnant so can’t start swaying until after birth/period return but reading this site gives me a lot of hope. I’m currently pregnant with a boy-we got pregnant on the first try when the first cycle was supposed to be more for tracking so I COULD sway girl. Anyway obviously that didn’t work out but after DS is born I’m fully committed to getting a swaying plan. I have a fear that because this one wasn’t a girl I’ll never get one but the posts on here have been helpful to show me how I probably “accidentally swayed” boy. Anyway I look forward to continue to stalk the forums until I can get my own plan after August

Thank you! I did have a quick question. I am pregnant now so all I have done for now is gone vegan, and also trying to drink coffee again (my allotted 200 mg a day) but DH and I want to try for our girl when our son is only 3-4 months old. I wondered when was the best time to have my husband start on supplements/diet like the extra soy-olive leaf- and all that. Obviously I can’t start my full sway until healing from child birth but what about for him?

3 months before you plan to try for him, if you have the luxury!

Thank you! Yes he will be willing to start whenever, one more thing that I’m confused about. I’m an aerialist so I can’t just stop doing my strength training and going to my classes. However I could drop down to 3-4x a week. Do you think this combined with the hour of cardio every day would be enough? Beforehand I was only doing cardio maybe once a week. I know muscle building is usually not great but I’m hoping to maintain my muscle I have without losing/gaining any.

The rules change as we need them to. I do believe you guys can get girls with any level of exercise as long as you eat lower protein and lose weight, or at least don't gain any. So I would absolutely have you continue your needed exercise while doing diet and then cardio on the days you don't do your training.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
