Newbie Desperate to sway blue
Hello all
Two days ago I had a 19 week miscarriage of a baby boy (procedure D&E) I feel devestated, my partner and I were so excited to be having a boy, I had even purchased a full wardrobe lol.
Just wondering if there’s any advice on how to sway blue after this and how long to wait until trying again?
Thankyou

Oh no I'm so terribly sorry to hear this. My condolences.
I want you to wait at least 2 cycles and your doc may even suggest more.
I would suggest HE Diet, exercise, and taking prenatals or multivitamins such as Women's One a Day.
Do they know why the loss occurred?!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
