The digi ones are quite expensive especially for those who are having irregular cycles and they're not reliable enough to prevent conception, unfortunately. Do you know much about tracking your cycle through natural means??
We honestly do not know how it all works, but we do know it can't be a dealbreaker because there are plenty of exceptions to that. Just focus on swaying in other ways and let this one go if it's too stressful to find a way to include it.

By natural tracking I assume you mean CM and BBT. I am a little familiar with those. I just got my period back in September and before that I never paid attention so I’m pretty new to all types of tracking. I think I’m just going to pull out for now and once I’m more confident tracking and identifying patterns then I’ll only do it during my fertile window.
Thanks for the information!

New here as well!
In the EXACT same situation as you hakrueg! LO will be 10 months old this month, still nursing her and planning to wean at 1 year. She is also our first and we're hoping to sway for a boy next, also planning for a late spring/summer baby!

Oh, same here. Pre-pregnancy, I was doing cardio 4-5 times per week, definitely wasn't eating HE, was skipping breakfast and not really snacking either. I was about 118 pounds during that time as well, so lots of lifestyle changes to come on my side too!

Hi Atomic,
First of all, I appologize for asking my questions in this not so related thread - I haven't created a thread before and not sure how to do so (I imagine the button is right in my face and I'm just not seeing it).
We were planning to start trying to conceive in late summer but we had a lot of things going on at that time (cross country move and home renos) so we've pushed it to January. Our daughter will be 2 then and we'll be trying to sway blue in the meantime.
I'm wondering about a couple of things. First, I've been taking 500mg of Omega-3 daily but just realized that the back label says 1000mg of Fish Oil and in that there is 500mg in each tablet. Should I be taking this every other day? If so, could you please shed some light as to why this is recommended? Apologies if you've already addressed this in another forum. I'd be happy to take a look there.
Another thing I'm curious about is DH career and how that sways. My DH is in law enforcement so I'm a bit concerned that sways pink, but not sure what we can even do about it. Would you be able to shed some light into this as well?
Thank you in advance.
