Hey Atomic,
Need advice on dosage of fish oil i got.. i got kirkland singnature 1000mg fish oil.. provides 300mg of omega 3 .. should i take one everyday or every other day? Pictures are attached.. please reply when u get a chance .. thanks in advance ..

Hey Atomic... my once a day multivitamin is expiring this month.. we are planning to try in june or july.. just stick with multivit or switch it to prenatal ? Your thoughts ?

I personally took the One a Day all thru my last three pregnancies. It makes a good prenatal, has all the same stuff in it, and it's affordable. It's your call to make, but it worked for me! If you do decide to switch, be sure you do that gradually - don't just go from one to the other especially if there are different amounts of nutrients in them.

Got it.. thanks .. i will get another bottle for once as day easy pizzy.. thanks again.. we are in process of moving to another state so its just Stressful avoiding attempt for one or two months.. but already started on supplements from April so thinking to continue.. any suggestions or thoughts ?

For sway actually i am Afraid of not keeping up with food calories .. working from home with three year old and packing boxes.. snacking all the times with healthy snacks like hummus cracker, banana chips, juices,eggs, dry nuts,fruits and mainly big meal is dinner with chicken or veg curries with chapati or rice pasta or Mexican.. cant keep tract of calories. Any suggestions? I am any way not big eater so always have to struggle to eat. Searching for smart way to eat more protein and carb with small amount of food..

Oh I got it, because it's difficult to keep up with the diet. That makes some sense though I do think you're eating well right now.
You're probably doing better than you think. all you really need to be doing is eating more than you were when you got your girl(s). It's ok if you never get up to the full amounts some eat on the HE Diet - we all have different metabolisms and it's ok if some people eat a little less than others!
