I answered this in your custom coaching forum but reposting here in case anyone else has similar questions.
April/May is a good lead time! We need to be careful you don't lose too much weight though. I don't think you have much weight to spare. At BMI 21, which you're nearly at, you need to hold steady from there. Losing as much weight as you say would put you in the 19 range and that is too low.
I need you to take a sample of your day's meal in terms of fat, protein, and calories. You likely aren't eating enough. Breastfeeding macros are higher - 1800-2000 cals, 50-60 g protein and fat, and if that isn't enough we can add more.
I think you should add in breakfast for now. We have time to play with this. We can take it away later on once we get the diet more dialed in. Re what to eat for breakfast, whatever you want, though cereal in particular has been boy friendly. Most people give up avocado too but you don't technically ahve to.
Chicken is ok within limits. The downside of focusing too much on chicken though is that you end up with a lot of protein for very few calories. So if you are ending up going over on protein and not having enough food, you may find you're happier without it.
I don't recommend Vitex any more. I've phased a lot of those old school things out the past four years and our results stayed high, so they apparently aren't doing anything.
I think it's likely best for you to just do folic acid. While a lot of people do fiber, I think with your slim build and that you're nursing (and are getting really hungry) it's best to leave it out for you.

yep only need to go 12-16 hours overnight. do that on the timing that works best for you. both 2 and 3 meals are equally allowed, do whichever works better for you.
Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
