Yes people do relaxed sways all the time and for girls, that is what I recommend. We see a lot of opposites in people who are the most controlling over minute details.
I'd like to send you a personalized plan instead of the one you have (free of charge). The general plan is not suitable for you since you have a history of gestational diabetes. PM me by clicking on my user name and we can talk more about that. Please do not follow the "crash and burn" standard type of LE Diet with all the sugar and white carbs - not only is it not healthy for you, it may undermine your sway attempt.

Oh and about the snacking - if you have a hard time with that, simply add a meal. It's totally fine to go to three meals (in fact, both 2 and 3 meals are equally fine and both are allowed, you just push back your first meal an hour or two with 3 meals) four, or even five if you have to. Over time you will adjust and find it's easier to go longer between meals. It's still very different than the all day grazing many of us with all boys do.

Hi @atomic - thanks so much!
I’m definitely getting there with snacking so it’s good to know I can safely add in that third meal. I’m trying to just delay breakfast and then eat dinner earlyish so my fasting is more like 6pm-10am - I hope that works?
Thanks so much for your kind personalisation offer too! I had no idea previous GD would affect the sway when I bought the plan… I’m going to message you now x

Oh yes if you are only having 2 meals absolutely add in a 3rd. People take "skip breakfast" to mean two meals, but it's fine to still have three meals in a narrower window. It's all about what works for YOU. Some people feel absolutely stuffed on 3 meals and prefer 2. Most of us, myself included, do end up having three meals so like eating at 10, 4, and 8 or whatever works for you.

Re fasting, anything 12-16 hours overnight is great.

Yep I'm getting that too - here is the copy paste of my response. Just send this to atomicsagebrush@gmail.com if your PMs don't come back soon.
No not at all I'm happy to do it. Give me a brief rundown of your age, your hubby's age, any fertility or health problems, and any supplements or medications you're on. I'm assuming you're not breastfeeding but just let me know if you are (I nursed two of mine for ages so please don't feel any judgement if you are nursing still, I would not want to put anything in your plan that could harm your son if he's still nursing)
Have you ever had any signs of PCOS?

I deleted some messages from my inbox in case that was the issue but still can't seem to send anything. Just go ahead and email me the info and I'll get your updated plan to you.
