I must have ovulated because my progesterone strips have gotten light but my chart is terrible and isnt showing a pattern. I have been waking a lot earlier but still.
I had o pains for like 3 days. What gives!
Anyway no more opks or anything. Must have been a weak O!

I always have O pains for that long, if not longer!
I don't think temps indicate anything about "weak" or "strong" ovulation. To be honest, we don't even know if that's a real thing. It's all speculation! You still have a chance of conception!

Wow I have never had them for so long. I was really starting to think I had a cyst....lol
I always thought low temps mean lower progesterone

Anything is possible but I also had a cyst once and the pain was totally different than O Pain type of feeling - I definitely knew something was amiss because it was like being stabbed or stung, and not that achiness. With the O pains, have had them starting CD 3 (and not only once, but numerous times) going all the way thru 3 DPO. A few months I was crampy the entire LP! I like to think my affliction is to help you guys realize how normal they truly are, although I do get irritated at times when I feel like I've been hit by a bus for 2 weeks a month, ha ha.

Re temps: they are what they are. They don't seal our fate. There is a wide array of reasons why they are higher some months and lower others. There is also a wide range of prog levels with normal, confirmed ovulation (not to mention estrogen, which lowers temps even as progesterone raises them) All we need is for temps to be low before O and then high afterwards (which yours are) People put WAYYYY too much importance into them. As for "weak" or "strong" ovulation, that is often used to describe the force at which the egg emerges from the ovary, not the health and wellbeing of the corpus luteum. I"ve seen several people who were told by doctors that they'd had a "weak" O who had fine temp rises, 14 day LP. They aren't connected as directly as you're imagining it.

You always explain everything in such a way wherein it all just makes sense, no confusion! Thank you as always!
I'm really feeling over the TTCC (trying to control conceiving) its has been draining me and bringing me way down lately so I'm letting go. I've probably said that before but I just feel different now. Cant focus on it so much anymore. But I'll still be around I'm sure to seek your advice about something!!❤❤❤❤

Ok! Good luck! I do think just for your own sanity it's best to just keep showing up and BD when you can and then just try to put the rest of it out of mind as much as possible. I know it's hard though.

^^^ I totally agree with this!! It’s SO much easier to keep BDing that way if you release a good egg later, you’re covered! Honestly, BDing in the regular is easier. It keeps DH’s happy, and if we get over temping/peeing in cups, we are within a good chance.
I’m for you!!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
