Thanks so much for your help. I still can't seem to find the questions, only after your conceived. It keeps saying I don't have permission etc. Not sure what to do. I really appreciate your help everyone.

Thank You, I just tried again and I can't still get into it. It keeps saying the same thing. I tried logging out etc too.
Not sure what to do, its been a week since I purchased the plan and I still can't access things. Getting a little concerned, if I'm not doing it correctly or what??

It's because you purchased the instant download plan and not the personalized one. If you want the personalized one(I assume you do), I have to make a change behind the scenes. You did receive an email with your plan and meal guide though just so everyone knows there is nothing wrong or broken. I'll change it now.
