I second that! I was eating honey bunches of oats, Honey Nut Cheerios, special K, and frosted mini wheats or oatmeal every morning with 1-2% milk when I conceived both my boys!

It is largely up to you and what you believe in. I got my 4 boys doing GOBS of dairy and I strongly believe it sways blue (esp. full fat dairy) but I know that for some people it is not that easy to give up on the mineral stuff. Almond or coconut based milk replacers are best if you cannot bring yourself to do full fat dairy. Avoid both rice milk and soy milk for boys (regardless of what you read on other sites, they are wrong wrong wrong on rice/soy milk and it really affects your sway negatively to include either of them)

I had mostly Wheaties, granola (esp this stuff Flax PlusŪ Pumpkin Flax Granola | Nature) and then also some unhealthy "snacky" cereals like Cocopuffs sometimes. I ate cereal every day almost as a bedtime snack (and when I didn't, I was having full fat yogurt with blueberries in it.)

Again thank you, I did see someone on baby center say rice milk I think I will not take any advice from any other sites. I will stick with genderdreaming.not sure what GOBS means.

gobs means a real whole lot. At least 2-4 servings a day with all four boys.
