Food for pink sway
Is whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread allowed for pink sway.. Also do I need to drink milk everyday?? If yes how many glasses of it.. Have no probs in adding milk into my diet😛

Yes it's allowed. When we first started off we thought maybe white flour and pasta would be better but over time it's become obvious there is no difference for most and for anyone with PCOS-tendencies, whole grains are better.
No, you don't need and in fact shouldn't drink tons of milk. That is only on the mineral balancing diets (which most of us myself included got BOYS with.) If you believe in the mineral stuff, that's up to you, but be sure you take calcium and magnesium pills instead of drinking tons of milk which has tons of other nutrients in it.
