Yes, it's fine to do daily release with protection and then have one attempt. Many men can't keep up with it but if your husband can, that's totally allowed and may sway pink a little bit. It does cut odds of conception though.

Ohh. If doing it daily cut odds of conception then we ll do it every alternate days or once in three-four days. Hope this helps...
Sway pink a little bit means regular release and one attempt is more better atomic?? I ll definitely do which is more pink friendly

ok as long as it's with protection!
The most important thing is the one attempt. We have pretty good evidence that sways. The daily release is supposed to sway pink, but in our results it really didn't work. Plus, it has the downside of lowering chances of conception.
If I knew for a fact something swayed harder, I'd always have you do that. The ONLY thing I have high confidence in, is that one attempt really sways. I am not at all convinced that daily release does anything. So it makes some sense to me to drop the daily release sooner and keep the one attempt. But most people do want to start off doing both daily release and one attempt.

Thank you atomic for clarifying. I ll better stick to regular release and one attempt.. I wanna conceive within 1 or 2 months hopefully. Will do the regular release and one attempt for a month or 2, if that doesn't work then I ll stick to e4d...
TY..

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
