Yes please either drop J and D (you dont' need to drop it all the way, just gradually extend) or go to e4d. Whatever you think is best.

And what about pillow under hip, does it really work?? Did you do that when you got your Bfp? (If you don't mind)
I don't think pillow under the hips makes any difference in comparison to laying flat.
But spending part of the time on your tummy really has seemed to help some people.

Thank you atomic. Will try to gradually extend..
I've had an unprotected attempt last night so I am thinking of sticking to e4d now or good to continue with one attempt if that is allowed?? (after one unprotected attempt on CD5). Hopefully that helps..
And any advice on cardio atomic??
Thank you!

an unprotected attempt on CD 5 is irrelevant, doesn't matter either way. Do e4d for better chances of conception, one attempt for possibly better chance of pink.
I'm not understanding your question on cardio? 60 minutes, 4-7 days a week

Thank you atomic I ll continue with one attempt...
I mean I do cardio everyday 65-70 mins, I am feeling so tired doing it. Can I decrease cardio in 2ww or should I continue with the way I am doing??
Thank you..

Yes if you're doing it every day and would like to reduce to 4x a week (even when not in 2ww) that's fine.
I prefer you guys keep doing cardio all month though in case you don't get pregnant. I don't want you to go on and off cardio.

Good afternoon..
It's been 4th unsuccessful month ttc, so had been to the doc yesterday. She said to get a blood test and abdomino pelvic scan done if it's takes six or more months..
Doc recommended to take ovabless tablet for a month to conceive. Will ovabless alter my pink sway in anyway, will that sway blue?? I am worried to take as I don't wanna ruin my sway after coming so long..
Any advice appreciated atomic. Thank you!

Do not take Ovabless. There are things in there that will really mess up your cycle and make it take longer to conceive, there are things in it that sway blue (not only just all the vitamins in it, but also some of the other ingredients like green tea and arginine)
Tell me everything you've done the last months and I'll tell you what to do differently.
Hello, Atomic hopefully you will see this! It has definitely been a while. I am not TTC, my cycles have been MIA for over a year, I'm quite certain. I have not been charting but haven't had it....
Not sure where to ask not TTC
