Hairline and gender
I thought I'd add this to try and get the ball rolling better in the wives tale forum.
The OWT says that if you child's hairline in the back has a peak the next child will be opposite gender and if it is straight you will have another of the same gender.

Was true for my 2 oldest sons, they both have straight hairlines. Not sure about DS3's yet, his hair is kinda stringy and hasn't filled in underneath.

It's better to look back on life and say: "I can't believe I did that" than to look back and say "I wish I did that".

My youngest has curly/wavy hair so how can I tell? If I hold it up, then it's all up and nothing falls down? Maybe that means straight?

My first two have points and so it is correct. The baby's hair seems to come to a point as well, but it isn't in the middle--the point is on the side. Is that okay? Also, she is only 11 months, so maybe her hair isn't thick enough yet.

My DS1 has a peak and my next was a DS2 BUT..... I did have a miscarriage at 9 weeks in between these two boys, so not sure how that would work??
