Anyone know about low PAPP-A?
Just wondering if anyone can share their experiences. My first trimester bloodwork put me in the 1st percentile for PAPP-A. Although babe looks to be genetically normal, I am really worried about stillbirth or preterm birth. My second child was premature (and I had a fluid leak at 22ish weeks). My midwifes are unconcerned and not suggesting any interventions or monitoring. I have heard that in the US progesterone injections and increased monitoring for fetal growth are standard responses...did anyone experience similar?
Thanks!

I had low Papp a and everything was fine. If the midwives aren't concerned you don't need to be either!

Hi everyone, I gave birth to my first lovely daughter in September. I was wondering what would be the best timing to start trying for another girl? Would that be a year after giving birth, 18 months...
