Fever in very early pregnancy help!

My youngest ds came down with a 102 fever tonight. Totally out of the blue! I'm worried since earlier when he was feeling perfectly fine we were doing our usual baby kisses mommy's face and drools all over her thing( he loves to bite at faces!) now I'm very worried since I just got my bfp just two days ago. I've never had a fever in pregnancy and since I'm so early, I'm worried if I get a fever that my baby would be affected. What do I do?

Thank you GOD, Atomic, and everyone here at Gender Dreaming for blessing my family with a HEALTHY BABY GIRL<33

Stress is worse than a fever during early pregnancy.

Please do not stress, you probably won't end up with a fever. So don't stress

Breathe and just keep your mind busy

Oh and if you did get a fever, just treat with a basic paracetamol if it goes above 101

It's believed only to matter over 103 range and only if it stays up a long time. My friend who is an autism doctor (really!!) has studies that show if you can keep the fever down below 103, it's all good for the safety of your pg. Take acetominophen (paracetemol) if you develop a temp.

RE kiddos and fever, I have found on many occasions that when my kiddos get sick, particularly with fever involved, I don't catch it. Even when I do, often I do not have a fever the way they do. So I would just keep an eye out and try not to stress, if your temp does rise then treat it with acetominophen.

Not at all, it's sensible to treat a fever over 101 when pregnant, it's just htat you want to avoid getting over 103 if posiible.
