So, 11 days after the digital test that only said 1-2weeks, this morning it only said 2-3!!! It should have said 3+ by now!! 😕 I hate this, I just wish my dr would do bloods so I can stop stressing! My first scan isn't until 28th. 😞

No Hcg doesn't drop suddenly in the first few weeks however, everyones rises a little differently. 2-3 weeks at 5 weeks 2 days I would think is just fine. Remember the CBE digital is also very susceptible to how concentrated your urine is. I usually like to do a progression with the IC tests on second morning urine for about 10 days or so after BPF.

Mumofsix, I would not worry too much...only a blood test can accurately assess hcg levels. I would not trust a urine hcg test for anything other than am I PG or not.

No symptoms and digital test wrong?!

Not ectopic but yes I've had one natural miscarriage, and lost one twin of DS1 pregnancy, and 2 early terminations for medical reasons (I haemorrhaged and would have died if I'd continued with the pregnancy and then one because I had problems with my ovary and what they thought was cancer and said if I'd left it it would have embedded in my bowels) and then was told DS6 would result in miscarriage and there was no way he would make it full term as he has separation of the two sacs and bleeding behind the placenta.

BIG HUGS Mumofsix!!! I've had losses too (4) and am usually an absolute nervous WRECK during early PG, the only reason I think I am not this time is because I am concentrating all of my worries onto my DS2 right now (he has autism but right now it's not the autism but some other health issues we are seeing specialists about)...I am sure once I know for sure DS2 is gonna be fine, my worries will immediately transfer onto the pregnancy (lol). NOT to make light of worrying because I have OCD, anxiety and hypochondria and spend 98% of my life worrying- I know well how awful and terrifying it can be.

What helps me sometimes is to sort of eliminate in my head the "bad" things...for you this would be to think of the things that point towards a healthy pregnancy- so far no ominous signs (knock on wood!), while you don't have many symptoms remember MANY women have very little or no symptoms and have healthy PG's. I don't have many symptoms either...yesterday I had a tiny bit of upset tummy (and by tiny bit I mean BARELY noticeable but because I am on high alert I noticed it), so I take that as a symptom, and whatever little symptoms I have, to be good unless otherwise proven (I know easier said than done!).

My losses have taught me if a PG is going to stick, it will (mine were chromo abnormalities, obviously the situation is different for someone that has a blood clotting disorder or some other such reason for their losses etc).. I try to remember that I have worried myself sick and been completely anal-retentive (took all the right vitamins, didn't each sushi or drink caffeine or eat unwashed veggies or stand near a microwave etc) with some of my PG's that ended in losses, and then with DS3 (who wasn't planned) I was like "eh whatever" in the beginning and he stuck...NOT that not worrying made him stick of course, but the point is we unfortunately really have no (or little) control. Again, easier said than done I know. Just try to get through each day until your u/s, once that day comes hopefully you will have a peace of mined. HUGS xo

So it sounds like you don't really have a history of MC or any hormonal issues but what is going on with the hemorrhage? Do they know why you have done that in the past? I know my OB has never offered early Hcg testing for me that is why I like to do the progressions.
