Blood tests, especially the Panorama >>>>> ultrasounds! Aimee, I can't imagine how frustrated you must be. I hope you get a decisive look in 2w. I agree that nothing in those very low quality images you posted suggests boy parts at all. I am personally planning (if ever I conceive) on only having a scan at 13w and Panorama blood work at 9w, and if the results are normal, I won't get any further ultrasounds.

Thanks much ladies for your info. Since I already have 8 girls, one more wouldnt matter! Panorama showed baby is without defects but it's always fun to guess! My son turns two Saturday so a girl would be fine to! Good luck Maidentomother, never give up!

Aimee, I am 100% sure you are having a gorgeous baby girl! Don't worry about the ultrasound pictures. They are never clear and some techs are just not experienced enough.

Can I just point out that most of the people who show up claiming these tests didn't work for them, never come back to update???

We are now several years on with these tests and I can say pretty definitively - THEY WORK. By far and away more reliable than ultrasounds. PLEASE please ladies, do not go looking up these old threads and allowing them to give you false hope OR false despair. Your blood test is almost certainly correct.
