Ugh! This wait is so hard!

I had my blood drawn for the InformaSeq test yesterday (the newish LabCorp version of Maternti21/etc. test), their website says 5-7 days for results. The NP said 7-10ish days so either way by the end of next week, we should hopefully know. I am going to call Friday I think, just in case the 5 days falls on my side. Expecting it to be next week though. Only on day 1 of waiting and this is going to be torture! I am trying so so hard not to get my hopes up for a girl, and expect another boy, but that is hard to because I want to hope. I don't know if I seriously have no intuition this time or don't want to jinx it because every time I have been wrong! (Even with DD I thought I was going to be having a boy, then with both boys I thought they were going to be girls..) SO SO glad I don't have to wait until 15+ weeks anymore, but holy cow, this week is going to be hard.

On a great note, my beloved NP also snuck me in for a quick ultrasound yesterday. Baby looked great (measured 3 days ahead) and had a strong HB...171 at 10w5d.

Just needed to vent a little! Anyone else waiting impatiently?

    Thanks!

I called Friday just in case, of course results weren't in yet. My ob's phone nurses are pretty snotty. I saw some rumors online when I was googling about InformaSeq that you can supposedly call their customer service number that's online and they will tell you the status of your results (ie. sent to your doctor this morning, almost done, doctor should have it tomorrow, whatever.) If they are open Monday (president's day) I'm going to try that first. REALLY hoping they are back Monday (per Google/babycenter/etc., lots of women had them in 7 calendar days which is what it would be for me). I will update if the CS number thing works so others can do that in case they are in a similar boat. And of course when we finally get results, which should definitely be next week, hopefully sooner in the week than later!
