    Injust want a sandwich...

    Is ok to eat deli meat while pregnant? I have heard yes and no.. I just want a Turkey and cheese sooo bad also what about sushi? Thanks ladies!

    I would say no to sushi. I ate deli meat sandwiches and all of my kids are just fine! I will say I heated everything up though- I didn’t have my sandwich cold. Enjoy!

    I personally never ate deli meat while pregnant unless I heated it beforehand. It's okay to do that, just heat until steaming. Same goes for leftovers. I suppose the only sushi that would be okay are the veggie kind or any of the ones like tempura that are cooked.

    If you heat the meat up it's fine. If you want a cold sandwich heat it and then chill it fast in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes.

    I'd stay away from sushi tho
