Ehh! The Sickness

It's been here for about 10day and i can't cope with the way i feel.
I wake super early because i feel sick and can't get back to sleep. Everything i eat makes me want to gag.
Come lunch time it starts to ware off as long as i keep eating every few hours.
How long will this last? Will it get worse before it gets better?
Any tips on what to eat? Oh and something for the headache and pee infection?

It lasts until about 12-14 weeks gestation. If you suck a piece of very sour candy (like lemon flavored or anything tart) it really helps a lot. Sometimes I have woken up in the night sick just like you describe, and tuck a piece of sour candy in my cheek and suck on it all night long.

Schweppes used to help me, but don't drink it too much bcos it contains cinchona which can cause contractions or something like that. But 1 glass should be harmless and help you with morning sickness
