Bfp at 8 dpo, high hcg levels?
Hi!
I did get my bfp at 8 dpo (not fmu), I took some other test the day after and all was positive except from cb digital that said "not pregnant" (hcg levels must have been to low that day for the digital because every other test was positive). At 13 dpo I took another digital and it already said “pregnant 2-3 weeks", so in 4 days it went from "not pregnant" to "pregnant 2-3 weeks" . Today I'm 4 weeks 4 days and nausea hit me bad this morning.
I have three girls and with all of them I had faint positives at 10 dpo and nausea came around 6+ weeks.
I'm a little bit worried now, looks like I'm having pretty high hcg or what?.. Could it be a molar pregnancy? I'm pretty sure of when I ovulated, I use opk's and take my temp.
This is all very different from my previous pregnancys but hopefully everything is just fine!!

It just means your levels are doubling fast. With DS3 I had a bfp at 8 dpo then had my levels checked at 9dpo and it was at a 16 (too low for a digital to detect). At 12 dpo my beta levels were 86, so they were taking just over a day to double. At 14 dpo I got a "2-3 weeks" reading on the CB digital. So it sounds like to me your levels just have a quick doubling time. Congrats!

I think I might have answered this in another thread (but it might have been someone else)
Please don't worry about molar pregnancies with a strong pregnancy test. They are very rare and the far more likely explanation is just a healthy pregnancy developing well.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
