Can I take Magnesium carbonate (Natural Vitality Calm) in the first trimester?
Hello
I have a very bad constipation. I can't eat enough fiber because of the horrible nausea. Can I take Calm? it's magnesium carbonate.

I would suggest checking with your doctor about that. Many doctors recommend a stool softener instead.
