Dairy
Hi Atomic I’ve just felt the need to post it here as you’re always saying how important dairy is for a blue sway - a girl I follow on instagram is just after having her 2 baby girl after 6 boys - I’m sure is prob much more to it but her last baby boy was lactose intolerant so since him she cut off dairy and since then 2 baby girls came along
as I said I know it’s not that plain and simple but there’s deffo something in that!!!
