LE DIET - What to do if not hungry ?
Right now ive had my cup of tea this morning and I know we should eat 2-3 meals a day and get set calories etc but what if like me your used to not eating much all day juts grazing then a big meal in the evening ? Suddenly going to 2-3 meals might make me put on weight not loose it and also what if like today its nearly lunch time and im just not hungry - should i sit and eat 500 calories anyway just so im sticking to the diet or should i wait and have lunch later at like 2 then main meal at 8 ish ? Im so confused by the whole thing and cross at myself for having had an eating disorder in the past that has ;led to such stupid eating habits now !!! Grrrrrrr
