Right now ive had my cup of tea this morning and I know we should eat 2-3 meals a day and get set calories etc but what if like me your used to not eating much all day juts grazing then a big meal in the evening ? Suddenly going to 2-3 meals might make me put on weight not loose it and also what if like today its nearly lunch time and im just not hungry - should i sit and eat 500 calories anyway just so im sticking to the diet or should i wait and have lunch later at like 2 then main meal at 8 ish ? Im so confused by the whole thing and cross at myself for having had an eating disorder in the past that has ;led to such stupid eating habits now !!! Grrrrrrr

Eating lunch later is fine. THe reason we are doing this is to keep blood sugar down. If you graze all day you keep your blood sugar at a constant, not what we are aiming for when ttc pink. If you've had a eating disorder I would be careful and watch what triggers you, so that old ways of thinking don't creep back in.
We gain weight when we intake more calories then we burn. Plain and simple. It doesn't matter what time or what we eat. Don't stress about the time. You'll be fine if you keep your intake to certain times a day not all day is really the point. But again do what works considering your history.Cycle#1 Jan/Feb 2013: 10 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 8 fertilized. 1 expanded blast frozen to batch.
Cycle #2 May/June 2013: 17 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fertilized, 3 blasts frozen. Sending all 4 to Natera: 2 normals- 1 girl (cycle 2) & 1 boy (cycle 1)
Cycle #3 September 2013: 11 eggs retrieved, 8 mature, 8 fertilized. 4 biopsied. 2 normal boys
FET #1: October 25th: BFN
Cycle#4: Feb/March 2014: 12 eggs retrieved, 11 mature, 10 fertilized. 1 normal XX! Transfer March 3rd. BFP: 3/9/14!!!! Beta: 7dp6dt:38, 9dp6dt:139!, 6weeks 1 day: heartbeat!!!

Eat anyway. Especially with a history of eating disorders. Under no circumstances go below 1200 cals a day and I think you should give 1500 a go and see if you gain at that level, because you may not. It's about more than just swaying, it's about having a healthy pregnancy and you cannot have a healthy pregnancy if you're starving.
Postponing a bit is ok, skipping lunch all together and reducing cals to 800 is NOT AN OPTION.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Guys I ate at 2 and have just eaten again now at 8pm and feel very leased with myself - so much so that I had a glass of rose wine too :-)
