I was a couch potoate and got my girl...with my boys I did moderate cardio!
If you're losing weight on a low protein, low cal, low fat, lower nutrient diet, you can get a girl either exercising a LOT or not at all. Moderate exercise tends to sway blue. People who have a lot of weight to lose probably should exercise, people who don't have any weight to lose, probably shouldn't. People with PCOS/insulin resistance should exercise if they can, even if it is in the moderate range, because it will lower their blood sugar.
