Nutmeg, Turmeric, Oregano, and Thyme are herbs and spices that will help with the hormones you want. I loved zucchini sauteed in a little butter with thyme with linguini. OR low salt bread made into cinnamon toast but with nutmeg (use plain old margarine if you can). I ate lots of cous cous - you could make a mint cucumber cous cous salad with a little yogurt.
