I think I read that this is not good for a boy sway but I can't remember where I saw it. I used to put a scoop in my porridge as it tasted great and obviously gave me protein at breakfast. Does anyone know for sure if it's not allowed?

I think it is ok in moderation, just not to use as a meal replacement. I used whey protein during my sway
If it's rice or whey based it's ok now and then but not as a meal replacer
I would avoid the soy ones in case the soy sways pink (this is one of those "open for debate" areas - I do think it sways pink so I am having everyone avoid it)
Oh yes I always used whey the soy stuff is disgusting it made me gag. It was literally just a scoop in my porridge as I find it hard to get any protein into my morning meal.
