I think I read that this is not good for a boy sway but I can't remember where I saw it. I used to put a scoop in my porridge as it tasted great and obviously gave me protein at breakfast. Does anyone know for sure if it's not allowed?
Thanks

If it's rice or whey based it's ok now and then but not as a meal replacer
I would avoid the soy ones in case the soy sways pink (this is one of those "open for debate" areas - I do think it sways pink so I am having everyone avoid it)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Oh yes I always used whey the soy stuff is disgusting it made me gag. It was literally just a scoop in my porridge as I find it hard to get any protein into my morning meal.
