Yet another exercise question!
I know continuous is key! However, I sometimes get interrupted for a few minutes (usually 1-3 mins) while I'm doing my 60 minutes. Sometimes I go to the gym daycare to make sure my youngest son isn't crying. Or at the gym, I will find a channel on the tv I like while on the tread meal. Or sometimes I need to go to the bathroom. Even while pushing my kids in the jogging stroller, sometimes i need to help one of them and stop walking for a minute. Is this bad? I'm trying not to be uptight about the exercising! :)
