Struggling to lose weight .
Hi I have been on the LE diet for 6/7 weeks now but haven't lost a single lb , I'm sticking to it and tracking using my fitness pal app but it's just not coming off . How much does the actual weight loss sway ? And what could I be doing wrong I'm not eating until 11.30-12.00 fully vegetarian very little snacking and staying around 1500 never more than 1800 don't eat after 8.00pm . I do eat a lot of sugar and sweets but within limits any help / advice greatly appreciated xx
