TTC Blue- last attempt- too much of PINK dust?
Hi everyone.
I'm new to this forum. I'm a 36 y/p mother of two girls. I never knew of swaying. Just learned about it recently so apologies in advance for any newby questions and if anything mispronounced, since English is not my native language (I'm European). I'm still trying to take every little detail in since I'm truly fascinated and desire a DS so badly.
Here's my story and also my questions.
Both my daughters were born via c-section.
A third child will be our last definitely, so I would want to go for almost certainty.
I'm 36 y/o so at this point would prefer IVF for a DS. However my husband does not want to go ahead with this and he's fine with a 3rd girl as well.
I'm diagnosed with vaginismus. Both my girls were conceived without deep penetration and I think, after done some reading here, my CM was/ is usually very dry. Also I'm always struggling with weight so always dieting. Red meat is not my favorite and also am I not taking lots of dairy products.
Always cautious with the salt and because of weight controlling, frequently hungry especially since I stop eating in the evenings.. when BD also happens. I'm doing lots of walking, don't prefer weight lifting. Also frequent user of antihistamine due to to allergies.
My husband is overweight and was a smoker his entire life. He stopped smoking now, thank god. He's 35 and eats what I serve him lol, so low in red meats as well. He's not consistent in vitamin intake.
Because of my vaganismus, husband and I do/did very little BD, only around ovulating, for pregancies.
Sooooo... I think I'm the perfect example of a girls momma right?
Since I'm very serious about this 3rd attempt and am willing to 100% comply with diet and lifestyle, will this pink swayer succeed with a (personalized) plan? Or should I just try and convince partner to go for IVF?
What's the key for boy swaying; read something about 7 factors? Is 12 weeks really enough for best chances? And why is it that you aren't allowed to gain too much weight? Does breastfeeding effect any chances?
What foods or supplies are really necessary; red meat, patatoes and tomatos? Are there any foods or sweets I really need to stop eating? I'm have kind of a sweet thooth.
Since I'm a newby, is there any critical detail I'm missing here to pay attention too?
Thank you so much for replying and I would love to connect with other pink ladies with somewhat the same story.
