So April 1st is coming up and I am "fixing" my diet due to the fact that I was swaying blue by accident and I am taking a risk of trying although I'm not in pink mode yet. Only thing that I think is good for pink is that I been exercising, lost weight, take folic acid & baby aspirin, & I eat lots of veggies & strawberries. So if you ladies can please please help me it would be a blessing !
My meals vary all the time but it stay the same if that makes any sense at all :confused:
Here's some things not what I eat in 1 day but different days
Breakfast; NONE
Lunch: greek yogurt,strawberries,banana, skim milk, English muffin, grilled chicken black bean jalepeno tortilla
Dinner; always before 7--romaine lettuce,tomatoes,grilled chicken,green giant steamers,salmon(only Wednesdays and Fridays),brown rice,pasta mixed with veggies
Should I add more fruit?? Change anything?
