Repeat, I do not think that those numbers are giving us an accurate representation of 2 vs. one attempt.
But given our results of late where 2 attempts is not much lower than the one has been, it is clear that 2 attempts is not in any way a dealbreaker especially for people who have been trying for quite some time. I do not want anyone to look at those numbers and now think "oh ok I will START OFF doing 2 attempts because 65 is barely less than 67" NO. I still want everyone to start off on one attempt, I think starting with one attempt is better, but at some point it is time to go to more attempts and thus my point is please don't hesitate to go to 2 attempts when it's time to go to two attempts because the people who have gone to two attempts (virtually all of whom had first tried one attempt for several months, and been on diet several months) have not had substantially worse results than those who got preggo with one attempt.
I hope this makes sense - it's a bit tough to understand.
