Oh Srg, so sorry that you had to go through that – with them naming him the same as your angel, it’s bound to have affected you even more – it’s tough and you are totally allowed to vent. I am sure no one meant any harm, but it doesn’t make it any less hard to deal with big :hugs:

Srg- I'm so sorry! That would be very hard.
We were with a lot of family today and they all want this baby to be a boy. It just cracks me up, as if I get to choose. And one reason they say is bc boys just love their Mommas, which I don't get at all. My girls tell me all the time how much they love me and tell me how pretty I am, etc. It just makes no sense to me. I'm glad we are announcing tomorrow night bc I'm tired of hearing it.

O srg hugs dear ! I know how to feel. Its heart piercing at times, my male coworkers who's wife is 2 weeks ahead of just announced last week that they r having a boy and they seemed so proud of it as if we all that have girls have somehow failed at this !

LMSM-I did update about a page or so back & it's still a girl!!! Phew!!! I'm starting to believe it now. She is measuring right on track.

PBN – were you just going back and forth for the day at your mum’s or are you staying longer since it’s school holidays? (sorry, you probably mentioned but my brain is a sieve!)

Also, anyone have the issue of MS getting worse at a time where it is supposed to actually be easing?
I’m almost 13 weeks – had what seemed like a betterment around 11 weeks and the last 1.5 weeks it’s been getting worse again – I dry reached this am brushing my teeth :(
I am seeing my midwife on Friday so will raise it with her but if any of you have natural remedies to advise, am all ears!!!
We also told the girls the gender of baby, as DD1 decided she wanted to know – and she was stunned and excited all at once : she comes in every morning and says “morning mummy - can I say hi to the baby?” so I have to lift my t-shirt for her to pat the belly :awe: love that girl to bits ^^ DD2 is starting to integrate that I am pregnant, as at times I can’t carry her etc and she looks up saying “ because mummy baby in the tummy” - can’t believe my baby will turn 2 soon – and soon won’t be the littlest anymore!!
