9 DPO and got a BFN. But it's still early, I'm predicted to start my period Saturday. Ive given up caring about syptoms because they are all the same during this period. So, we will see.

Hey emshe, I'm far from being an expert but wanted to share my experience. With my first son I did many cycles of Clomid and FINALLY one doctor realized I was resistant to Clomid. I got positive opks every month but some months I didn't get a period and had to take provera. The doc eventually gave me femara and I got pregnant that cycle. Two years later we used femara again and got pregnant first try with my second. Maybe you can speak with your doctor about switching to femara ?
BFN for me : (
Now hubby wants to wait until September to try again because we are traveling internationally. I'm trying to stay positive and think of it as an opportunity to do an even better sway next time.
No, not yet (I was expecting AF two days ago) so I suppose there is hope, but I have done a lot of pregnancy tests and they are all negative.
I got my first positive OPK on the morning of June 4th, so I would guess I am 16 DPO. I only did one attempt the evening of June 4th and hubby could barely get there (lots of previous releases and he was tired) so I'm thinking his sperm count was pretty low. I also used repHresh that morning and Sylk (which hubby also complained was so smooth there wasnt enough friction). I want to have hope but at 16 DPO and still negative pregnancy tests? Probably not. Do you have any thoughts?
Kind of feeling sorry for myself. It's CD 30 and no ovulation yet. Still getting clear - ve in opks, and Temps are not helping! I usually have a 32 day cycle, and the longest cycle I've had in my adult life is maybe 45, which was just once!
I wish this horrible gray zone will end. I just want my period, and to reset:-( attached is my chart!
I haven't even been too strict on the diet, so don't know why this is occurring. I'm not even interested in E4D anymore! CM is sticky /cloudy today. I had lots of EWCM yesterday (CD 29) and on CD 23. This is not really helping anymore.
I've been feeling unusually achy, tired and sleepy past two days!
I've been testing with opks twice a day, every single day, since CD 10. So I didn't miss it, right? The latest I've ovulated is CD 21 and earliest is CD 17. My cycles and ovulation is usually pretty on track! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...25e91f636c.jpg

Thanks Noemi, I’m sorry we are having similar difficulties, it’s not fun. I used ubiquinol through my 2 rounds of HT. 1 cycle was a bust & the other quite ok so it’s hard to say if it helped, but surely can’t hurt!
Hope you ovulate real soon, watery cm looked promising [emoji3]

Noemi I took COQ10/ubiquinol (200 mg/day) for about 5 weeks prior to this last BFP. I have no idea if it helped (I also took it 5 weeks before my last BFP that ended in m/c), but I didn't have any side effects and I definitely say it wouldn't hurt to try it!
Emshe - I don't know about taking it earlier than CD3 in terms of increasing the chance of twins but my RE says they like to see women on Clomid ovulating more than 1 egg because it just increases the odds of conception. They told me this when I had two dominant follicles this last cycle... well, we know what happened there... Worked a bit TOO well. I took mine CD3-7 and my RE believes 3-7 gives the best odds for conception. I'm wondering - on your chart it looks like you're exercising pretty much every day... Maybe cutting back a bit on that this cycle would help? I've read stuff that TOO much exercise can hurt conception chances. If you dropped to maybe 4-5 days a week I don't think that would hurt your sway and may just give your body a bit more rest to help in conception. I don't know - just a thought. Sounds like you are doing everything you can diet-wise to help! Oh and with the temping and OPKs... I would say if you are doing E4D and OPKs, drop the temping if it stresses you out. I understand it's hard doing that (I told myself the last cycle I was NOT going to temp and then did anyways - although they were super inconsistent due to sleep). But, it may help reduce your stress and you know that with E4D plus 1 attempt at OPK you're going to be well covered in terms of attempts!
HDP - I don't know why your cycle is doing this but I'm sorry- that's so frustrating!! Hope you get some answers soon!
Thanks lovely! I hope you’re doing well, I think of you & those babies all the time.
Yeah I’ve decided to stick with cd3, so Saturday. At this stage of the game I think I’ll go with what I know, I so hope my body responds better to it this 4th time like yours did ABC. I keep looking ahead of next month & wondering how I’m going to move on.
Yeah I agree I maybe slow down with exercise, it’s what keeps my mind sane though that’s the problem!
Grabbed some ubiquinol again too. Dropped temping. I think clomid May play a part in the crappy sleep, as now af is here I sleep better.
Thanks again ABC

Thanks Jgojah this is interesting. Sadly the quick turn around time with taking with AF I won’t be able to switch & being my last ttc cycle I’ll have to trust in what I have & hope for the best.

Oh girls the tww is tough but hold in there, I’m sure the bfp will be worth the wait

Hey ladies! It’s been awhile since I’ve been on any boards, but I’m wondering if any of you can help me understand my chart! I’ve been using FF for a year now, and have never gotten completely different ovulation dates when I switch the settings. Ignoring the crosshairs on this picture, can you guess when I ovulated? I got a surprise faint positive tonight and am wondering if it’s a faulty test or if it truly is positive.Attachment 39737
Hi welcome back! I’m guessing around day 22/3 but I’m not very good at this [emoji6]

Wowsers so much to catch up on [emoji50][emoji50] too much tonight so can I ask instead if anyone has anything they'd like me to look at can you please post again. So glad to be back home!!! Fill me in ladies! What have I missed?!!

I felt like this before AF HDP, I also had some EW cm the days prior. Maybe you'll get AF and your system will reboot for a new & smooth cycle. Either that or your egg is supercharging and ready to pop its magic.
Take it easy HDP
I'm so sorry HDP [emoji17] it's awful when things derail just when you're expecting a smooth journey. Going by temps I'd say you still haven't oed but see what happens tomorrow. *IF* the aches and cm turning non fertile mean o has happened then hopefully next few temps will shed some light. You'll have a 1-o attempt if o did happen though which would be fantastic!! Hang in there [emoji173] wish I could give you a big hug, and a big glass of wine to go with it!!
Hdp i had such a long cycle one year ago and it was annovulatory. I was like cd50 and af didnt want to arrive so i had to go to doctor for injection and after af arrived and i could start new cycle. As atomic recommended dairy, eggs and salmon helped in other cycles and ovulation was cd17-20.
Emshe how much do u exercise? Im running one hour daily and it is really my pleasure, im running all my life so im used about it. But as Abc said i also read that was not good for conception.
Abc thx, i bought ubiquinol, i will try it. Atomic also said it wont hurt to try it. So i will start with 100mg daily. Just dont know if start to use it now or new cycle. Still not sure if ovulaton will be this month, no signs yet...watery cm was just for a while after it changed to dry.
Noemi I didn’t do any cardio (just one one hour dance class a week) so I’m really positive if you wanted to cut back on the running it wouldn’t hurt :)
10 DPO, tested early this morning and it was a BFN. So my optimisim for this month is waning. But we will see. I'm due to start on Sunday.

I do an hour most days, fast walking and the coastal town I live in is very hilly. I think I will start doing 2 days on, 1 day off.
I love it too! It’s my time but I will cut back a bit
