Im 10 DPO. I got a "not pregnant" on a digital cheapie test this morning and this is this afternoon.

My husband [emoji23]. I asked him to buy me some FRER to test with tomorrow morning and he was like, "Are you not testing now?" So I did expecting another BFN and that was the result.

Emshe how much do u exercise? Im running one hour daily and it is really my pleasure, im running all my life so im used about it. But as Abc said i also read that was not good for conception.

I do an hour most days, fast walking and the coastal town I live in is very hilly. I think I will start doing 2 days on, 1 day off.
I love it too! It’s my time but I will cut back a bit
