i have prenatal vitamins (elevit) from last time which I have not finished, though I was worried these have too much extra calcium & magnesium so I didn't take this, and plan to save them for when i get pregnant again. I'm still waiting for my sway plan but started taking these:
DW:
- women 1 a day
- DHA for pregnancy (bioisland brand, from CW)
- coq10 30mcg (maybe after finishing this bottle i will get the 50-100mcg)
- probiotic
- wheatgrass
- additional folic acid 800mcg
DH:
- men 50+ 1 a day
- fish oil 1000mg
- probiotic
- coq10 30mcg
I read somewhere that there are also other vitamins to give DH to take L-arginine 500mg ; L-Cartinine 500mg & Vit D 1000IU...
oh, is it i should only take wheatgrass every few days.. :worry: .. then i'll change this, i just take them everyday because I thought it helps to sway blue.. :p :p I tried to get DH to take wheatgrass too but he dislikes the taste of them - I can't even taste them in the smoothie so I don't mind :D :D :D
I've gained 1.5kg in the last 2 weeks since being on a HE diet (previously i only have 2 meals/day but now i changed to 3 meals & 2 snacks/day) ... =)) ...
i'll try to control this weight gain because i'm already on the chubby side to start with :xy: perhaps by eating more small meals but not too much food for each meal, perhaps more veggies & meat but fewer carbs.
Both my husband and I we started for the last 1 month to do weights 5 times/week for 30-40 minutes in the morning :bluecheer: i must admit the HE diet & having the motivation to exercise more often feel great. ^_^
