Sweetpea, going from a juice fast to LE Diet (esp if, like we talked about, you focus more on lower cals and veggies to begin with) is different than going from a diet to IG Diet, with all the fat and protein and nutrients in that dairy!!!

Oh good, that makes me feel better! Thank you, Atomic! I'll stick to the lower end of cals and consume a lot of veggies, just like we discussed. I just get nervous sometimes bc my mind likes to bring up these kinds of worries! :)Quote:
