A thin lining can contribute to miscarriage. I don't know how many millimeters or centimeters yours is without an ultrasound. The link you posted suggested the paragaurd leads to a thin lining.
Personally, I don't think they sway pink. If you only want to hear that it does, and not the facts about what a thin lining means as you are ttc, perhaps don't ask the question because I'm not going to answer a question with false information. Google "thin lining and trying to conceive" and you will quickly see I am NOT "implying" anything.
