I lost 5.5 lbs in the first 3 weeks but it has slowed now. I'm in week 5 now. Getting a bit over the diet and having lots of cheats :( doing 1hr exercise a day which is probably what's making me hungry!

I'm losing 2lb a week. I'm not counting everything, but I don't eat red meat, bananas or raw tomatoes, and I limit other meat, fish and potatoes. I try to keep fat low and I average around 1500 calories a day across a week, some days fewer, some more.
I thought raw tomatoes were ok, and that its the cooked ones which are more condensed/ nutrients which arnt so good?

of course it depends on height and how much you have to start with.
With my first sway (I hadn't really made LE Diet at that point but had started thinking along those lines) I lost about 30 lbs in 3 or 4 months. Got pregnant at 123 lbs. and I had actually just gained 3 lbs in order to relose them (bad idea everyone, don't do that) I am 5-4 and that is actually a very healthy weight for me, not too thin. I got a boy, but was taking all the IG supplements plus prenatals and DHA.
With my second sway I went from 170 lbs after I had my son down to 126 over the course of almost 2 years. I had lost the bulk of that weight earlier on but the last 3 lbs I lost just the week before I conceived. Got a girl
I lost 5 lbs slowly over 3 months then plateaued, I'm naturally thin, effectively 5'7" and I went from 115 to 110. But 115 is on the heavy side for me, 105-110 is my average. I haven't been exercising at all though and that's a big factor for me.
I definitely gained back all the weight lost plus maybe 2 lbs when I took my break from the LE, pretty quickly too. Which is unusual as typically I am thinner during the summer. I'm hoping to drop more weight once I recover from my foot surgery and can run again. I can lose weight quickly but I don't on the LE.
Hi all. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. Seems pretty drastic to me. We are "planning" our first attempt for October but only if I am my goal weight by then. I am 5ft 3 and currently 148lbs. I am usually 140 or I was before DS1 and DS2. That was 140 and very toned with a high protein low carb diet, and lots of small meals through out the day. I am aiming to be at 125 pre-conception although that seems very thin to me! I haven't weighed that much since I was 13 I am sure!

Both raw and cooked tomatoes are ok. Some people try to limit them because of their mystical reputation as "boy foods" but that type of thinking really doesn't work at all and doesn't really help an overall sway.
If anything, cooked tomatoes are WORSE because they are much more concentrated in terms of nutrients and "lycopene" may boost fertility. but in normal dietary amounts they are fine too.
I am up 2 pounds since starting the le 2 weeks ago..... My scale ran out of batteries over the weekend and I don't plan on replacing them, causing too much anxiety.
YOu needed to gain some though Tara. :)
