The vast majority of the time, though, if it goes long enough to get to the BFP, the eggs are fine. :) EVEN if she only shows up 3 times a year, Goldie is THERE and we just have to be ready to catch her. This can happen. ((((hugs))))

I actually did gluten free and it was easier than I thought. I do have pizza and bread on cheat days though.
Don't let AMH levels scare you about miscarriages. My AMH levels were not even detectable before I conceived this baby, and I only had one chemical! Miscarriages are mainly due to chromosomal abnormalities and problems with the placenta. Remember half of these genes also come from sperm too and cannot be blamed on a woman's eggs solely [emoji6].

Remember though - we don't know WHY LE Diet sways and the whole grains, gluten are two of the biggest unknowns that I keep in the back of my mind that I possibly do not have right. Whole grains may sway pink, gluten free may sway pink for some people too - This is a huge gray area for me.
That is why I think I am just going to continue to do what works for my lifestyle and pray it is enough for that egg to get here. I like my whole grain bread, white rice and my gluten free noodles. So I am going to keep the mindset that as long as I hit my limits no food is forbidden!
It is hard not to question your sway after so many bfns.
