I was fairly strict. My first meal at 12pm and second about 6pm. I'm usually a breakfast eater and big snacker so it was a challenge lol. I'd have a couple cups of coffee in the morning to help me get by.

It wouldn't be so hard if I didn't have two boys to prepare food for! I just pick on their food usually [emoji30]

Yea I started in July and have been about 80% on the diet. I haven't exercised as much , because I was an exercise addict before having my son. And I'm also tall and slim so don't want to lose too much weight !!! I'm TTC next month (October) can't wait!! I'm so ready now !
I was am exercise addict before my DD! I know we want to do stuff opposite of our first (I had lots of sex for DD and lifted weights!), but I think there's a ratio. I think, fitness wise, viewing a boy diet as bulking and a girl diet like cutting is helpful -- you're exercising with both, but with dufferent calorie and macro goals!
Agreed!! I am still exercising just not as much. I do miss it!! I lifted weights too. Now not as much. If at all. I figure it's for such a short time, itmight still give me a boy but i figure it doesn't hurt to try [emoji23] but I find there is always exceptions to the rules. All the people I think of that have girls are either unhealthy and overweight or really healthy and into fitness etc..... so it's hard to know [emoji51]
You DON"T need to be that strict. Both 2 and 3 meals are fine, do whichever you prefer.
I ate at 11ish, 4-5, and then before bedtime maybe 7-9 PM.
