Meal Times - successful girl swayers

Hello just curious, for those that have had a succesful girl sway (if you're still here!) what times did you have your meals ? I have seen people do strict 12pm and 5pm for example.

What do people do? I'm slowly getting in the swing but not being very strict and wondering what I should aim for.

    Thankyou

Not a girl swayer but did unknowingly live a very girl friendly lifestyle for years so hence two DDs. I used tp eat dinner about 7pm with perhaps something small after that and then would go til roughly 12pm the next day. Would do a couple of coffees to get me though and perhaps a small chocolate bar or a handful of lollies if I needed the sugar.
I remember eating a lot of small things between 12pm and dinner too.
    DD1 (2014)
    DD2 (2016)
Our sway is getting into NOW or NEVER territory

I'm a girl swayer after having my son ( I was a huge boy swayer without knowing) and now I have dinner around 8pm, followed by some chocolate and accompanied by a glass or 2 of wine. Then I'll have coffee about 8am and food about 11am the next day. Then another meal around 3pm then dinner again around 7-8pm and so on. Good luck!!

So about 15hrs o/n and 4hr gaps in the day. That sounds doable and makes sense. When are you TTC? My DH finally suggested we have another so I'm upping my 'stealth' sway slowly. I find it so extremely hard not to snack but I'll get there!

Actually aim for 12-15hrs o/n with one long gap, if possible, during the day (about 3-4 hours). I found I was better able to do this between lunch and dinner, which makes your first meal and second meal closer together. For me to stick to no snacking, I found having 3 meals a day was much easier than 2. Plus, I simply cannot eat 600-900 calories at once to be able to get the appropriate amount of calories. Some people can eat that much food, but I cannot. 3 meals made it SO much easier! In the end, I personally believe that sucking to the fat and protein totals are key. Even if you go over on calories, veggies are the way to go because most are considered free. I always kept sliced sweet bell peppers, baby carrots, and cauliflower out in a dish. If I felt like my meal wouldn’t carry me over to the next one, I snacked on these free veggies.

    🤞🏻for you !!

Before my DD I followed a pretty strict Intermittent Fasting regime. If I had two meals, my first wouldn't be until 12 p.m.; if I had one meal, I wouldn't eat until 5, 6 or even 7 some days. I routinely had 15-24 hour fasts.

Wow that's hardcore! Were you swaying or did this for other reasons?

Thankyou yes I've thought you'd have to have such a huge meal if you only ate 2. I would inevitably eat less and then be hungry! So 3 it is.

No, definitely wasn't swaying intentionally -- I really wanted a boy! I was constantly trying to lose weight and ended up relapsing into my eating disorder

There is definitely a way to do IF safely though; lots of people in the weightlifting communities I'm in follow splits like that.
