I am not to sure about the boy diet info... I never eat soy because I know how it affects men and maturing boys. I guess I could see it affecting the developing male fetus too. In my opinion everyone on any of the diets should eat only the good healthy proteins.
I really didn't want to take soy pills but it worked and it was only for 5 days.

Taking the soy iso for 5 days is fine, it's the day in, day out for months that we want to avoid. Some vegans/vegetarians eat TONS of soy because they do soy meat/cheese replacers and drink soy milk too. I just don't think that's the best tactic for vegetarians who want blue so I didn't want there to be any confusion! :)
